Its award-winning and diverse cuisine expresses the flavors of American cuisine, and although it’s hard to believe, Silver Star Café‘s menu is 99% gluten-free (hey, celiacs!).
Fox Alert 🦊: It was here that I tried the best Spicy Margarita of my life (made with jalapeños and raspberries). Be sure to order the Pork Osso Bucco (pork cooked for several hours) and, for dessert, the salted caramel brownie. The restaurant is next to the PC E-bikes headquarters, so it’s worth planning to have dinner here after your electric bike tour.
